We had an amazing experience at Masano Auto Park! The dealership itself is unlike any other dealership we’ve been to. It’s beautiful, spacious, and even has two floors for you to explore while you’re waiting, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Chris Gonzalez worked with us, and he was absolutely wonderful!Unlike other dealerships where you feel followed around or pressured into making a purchase, Chris gave us the space and time we needed to make the right decision for us. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle. We absolutely LOVE our new car and couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish. The entire process was easy, comfortable. It’s clear that Masano Auto Park truly values their customers. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Masano Auto Park and asking for Chris Gonzalez. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Chris, and the Masano team, for making our car-buying experience such a great one! ❤️🚗

The dealership was very honest and transparent. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for an easy going, honest, patient, knowledgeable, and straightforward salesperson! He showed us several options that matched exactly what we wanted while staying within our price range. He answered all of our questions clearly, and transparently which made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience working with Chris Gonzalez (sales) and Mike Sites (finance) at Tom Masano Auto park. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and was immediately notified when it was available. Chris contacted me to arrange a test drive within a couple days. As we began to negotiate the deal Chris made everything very easy and straightforward. Everything above board, nothing hidden. We finalized the negotiations quickly and efficiently. Mike Sites went though all the finance options and we finalized the deal in no time. Mike and Chris are ultimate professionals. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise and made the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle, you personally ask for and work with Christopher Gonzalez and Mike Sites at Masano Auto Park. They are the best of the best!!!!

Masano Auto Park and Matt McDonald made for a car-buying experience like none other. Matt greeted us with a cheerful smile and was quick to direct us to the particular vehicle we had come to look at. He was extremely helpful in answering questions and assisting us in becoming familiar with the vehicle. Matt's joy in serving us made the whole experience a true blessing and really gave us peace about trading in a vehicle that had served us well for many years for a newer car. Both Matt and Wallie did a great job walking us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and Matt was just as excited to see us pull out of the warehouse in a new-to-us vehicle as we were. We appreciate the care we received and are grateful for our experience at the Masano Auto Park.
